This is a delicious but unusual blend of Riesling, Chardonnay, and Viognier. 

But its composition shouldn’t surprise us too much, as wines like Bouchard Finlayson’s Sangiovese-driven Hannibal have proven in the past that”Winemaking Legend” Peter Finlayson (one of the pioneers of the Walker Bay wine movement) can do wonderful things with unusual blends.
