🍇 An enormously layered Catorratto-Inzolia blend from the Salina IGT. It’s a 50/50 split between the two cultivars, and both parcels are fermented in stainless steel. Wine spends 5 months on lees before bottling, and a further three months in bottle prior to release.

🗺 Salina is an island off the northeast coast of Sicily, bearing all the same quality; volcanic soils, indigenous cultivars, and (currently) a special place in the hearts of big city somms as the source of spectacular value.
