The Blanc de Mer blend is a fascinating, off-beat white blend with Riesling at the core, and Viognier and Chardonnay on the periphery.
It allows Riesling to delivers some lovely bracing acidity and stone fruit, while Viognier adds some riper richer fruit components and leesy layering.

TASTING NOTES:
👃🏼 The vanguard carries some fairly extroverted sweet peach, lemon blossom, roses lime cordial, and a hint of candle wax.

👄 On the palate, despite an RS of only 3.5g, the fruit components are delightfully vivid; a simple but pleasing combination of peach fruit, riper citrus, and some orange melon.

TECHNICAL SPECS
🔬 Wine of Origin Cape South Coast. All parcels are fermented separately in tanks and only blended later on in the process. There is no oaking on this wine. The final blend comprises 64% Riesling, 19% Viognier, 17% Chardonnay.
