👄 It’s hard to explain how powerful this is. The concentration of stone fruit on the palate would be overwhelming, were it not braced by supremely regal orange & lime acidity. The tail carries the most glorious complications of oak, almonds & hints of white pepper.”
🔬 Greyton is fairly cool, so the grapes enjoy uncharacteristically long hang time, before being hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed. Juice was tossed into Burgundian barrels for 15 months of fermentation and maturation. Who knows when one ended and the next one began? It’s all jazz.
