Craig Hawkin’s employs natural winemaking techniques in the strictest sense possible. Consequently, this Swartland carignan is harvested from certified organic vines, is fermented with native yeasts, and has no sulfur added. It is a supremely gentle wine, made with very little pressing or agitation.
