A absolutely regal Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon blend from David Nieuwoudt, comprised of three components:

1. Tank Fermented Sauvignon Blanc,
2. Wooded Sauvignon Blanc,
3. Barrel fermented Semillon. 

The components were blended and then put back into a combination of 1st fill, 2nd fill & 3rd fill French oak.
