TASTING NOTES
👃🏼The vanguard carries touches of white pepper, wild blackberry leaves and oreganum, wrapped around some brooding ripe mulberry and touches of blackcuyrrant fruit pastilles
👄 Traditionally, tannat has huge tannins but this wine is suprisingly fresh, silky and juicy! Despite the fact that there are some riper blackberry elements upfront, the wine is more in the red fruit zone, with a lot of tart red berry elements (red cherry, red mulberry), balanced by some sweeter red toffee apple candy.
The finish carries some lovely light cherry skin-like tannins.
