👹 But when I say personality, I don’t mean “sweet, smily and precious”. Rather the Kolbroek is a brooding powerful savoury beast, expressed with the utmost clarity.

🔬 Fruit is from 21-yr-old vines, planted in oakleaf and shale soils in the Swartland. The grapes are fermented using only native yeasts and are matured in old oak for ten months. The wine was whole-bunch fermented over roughly ten days, under semi-carbonic and oxidative conditions.
